I had such a wonderful experience at this ENT office. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They treated my children with so much patience and warmth, which meant a lot to me. As a parent, I was honestly nervous about bringing them along because many healthcare offices aren’t very kid-friendly in my experience, but this office made us feel completely comfortable. The doctor was also extremely kind and respectful. I never once felt rushed or belittled, which unfortunately can happen in healthcare settings. They took the time to listen and made the entire visit feel supportive and professional. I actually drove all the way from Camarillo for this appointment, and I can truly say the trip was worth it. My first visit to Dr. Coffey and his office were a very good experience. My referring PCP set up my referral. When it was authorized, I received a call from Anna who got me in two days later. When I arrived, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was cheerfully greeted by the staff. After checking my ID, I think I waited all of five minutes and Dr. Coffey welcomed me in. It was a very efficient visit and addressed my concern cheerfully. He knew everything about my history through medical records and my login through the appPatient app which I already had. No 10-15 minutes of paperwork to fill out! Overall a great experience with Dr Coffey and ENT of Ojai.

Nov 21, 2025: I have been having this chronic cough symptoms for almost 6 months. My PCP tried me on a lot of different medications, trying to rule out cough variant, asthma, reflux, and many other things, and had tried different medications but I did not have any changes or improvement on any of the treatments received from my PCP. I decided to have an ENT specialist opinion, to see if anything was missing . My throat was very dry and itchy and the dry cough was giving me sleepless nights. So I called Dr. Coffey‘s office on Thursday morning and as always Annalore was very kind and she could get me in to see the doctor the very next day on Friday. I saw the Dr who was very thorough, took time to listen to me, examine me, look into my ears, nose and throat, and then made a list of differential diagnosis and went down the list explaining each and every Dx in detail and confirming the cause for my symptoms. He wanted to try me on a nasal spray and an allergy medication. It has been just 4 days since I started the Dr’s treatment and I’ve already had 50% relief from all the symptoms I was suffering for the past 6 months. Dr. Ceffey is very experienced, knowledgeable, very patient, caring and very thoughtful physician. He also listened to my lungs to make sure it was clear. The waiting time was less than five minutes and his medical assistant Aja was also super nice. I feel very blessed to have this Dr in our town and we could go and see him when we need and I’m very grateful for the timely Interventions and treatment. My son had a great experience here and this has been my first experience and it was amazing and I am 200% satisfied with all the care I received and with the office staff. I strongly recommend Dr. Coffey, he is a very kind and caring Physician and we are blessed to have him in our town with us 😃❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏. We are very pleased with our visit to Dr. Coffey’s office. My son had ear ache and his left ear was plugged and bothering him. I called to see if we could get in early. Annalore the front desk Staff /receptionist was very sweet, kind , affectionate and gave us very early appointment to see the Doctor. My son loved Dr. Coffey. Dr was very friendly , kind, thorough and explained the procedure very thoroughly and did it so quickly that we did not even know. We are very grateful for their care and being so accommodating. Best ENT in the 805. I have been dealing with multiple cases of tonsillitis for roughly 5 years and have seen 10+ ENT’s in Ventura, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks. None of them were willing to schedule a tonsillectomy unless I documented 4-6 cases of this happening over a year long span. Took one visit to Dr. Coffey after a referral and after 20 minutes of talking with him I had a surgery date lined up. The whole staff is great there!
